Packed full of skin-, hair- and nail-nourishing collagen*, brain-calming L-theanine plus six other body-beneficial ingredients found in field, farm or food cupboard, this is the perfect bedtime companion we recommend to all our clients.  Taken in milk or milk substitute, 30 minutes before bed, this helps us greet the morning with a glow.

*Collagen means it’s not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.  We’re working on a vegetarian version though!  Please note, we’re only shipping to addresses in the UK currently and we do not sell to the US and Canada.  Get in touch if you live outside of the UK.

  1. Sophie recommended the Beauty Sleep product to me by chance after a conversation about my latest endeavour. I compete in triathlons but was due to undertake a big long-distance race the week after I spoke to her. I told her how I was getting so tired from all the training but having trouble sleeping as the nerves were starting to kick in! The first night I drank it at bedtime, I slept like a log – the first time in ages. I felt so refreshed and chilled the next day. I continued to drink it every night up to my race (as well as taking some Siberian ginseng that Sophie also recommended for physical endurance) and I continued to sleep brilliantly. On race day I was SO calm and ready, something that never happens for me – I’m usually an adrenaline fuelled bag of nerves. Consequently I raced the best I have done in ages and enjoyed every minute of it. Sophie without doubt knows her stuff and has filled this product with oodles of her wonderful knowledge – thank you!

  2. After experiencing a prolonged period of insomnia, (due to stress I’m sure!), Sophie suggested that I try taking ‘Beauty Sleep’ to see if that helped me.

    I am now a week in, but from the first night, I slept soundly, and have done since starting it, so it’s not just a one off.

    I have two scoops, with warm milk but I have also had it in cereal at night if I’ve been a bit hungry! So, for me, it’s worked.

  3. I had twins 33 years ago. One was a poorly boy and ended up in Guy’s then transferred to the Middlesex hospital in London. He had his last op when he was 16. I lived my life sleeping on floors or chairs by his bed but breast feeding was the only way I could calm him so my other son got dragged around cos I was also feeding him. They were never awake at the same time so sleep patterns went out the window. After my husband left I had 2 attempted break ins to my property. Sleep was something I couldn’t do. A collagen and L-theanine food supplement with the addition of six other ingredients found in field, farm or food cupboard to make this the perfect bedtime companion.  All of the ingredients are non-addictive and positively good for the body; that’s why we are more than happy to take it every night and especially so for the daily dose of collagen which nourishes our skin, nails and hair whilst we, quite literally, get our beauty sleep.


Contains 20 servings.  Serving suggestion:  two level scoops per serving, one to two servings daily.

For the best possible cup, stir two scoops into 200ml of hot milk (ideally) or milk substitute, 30 minutes before retiring to bed. For those who really struggle to get their beauty sleep we recommend having an additional serving early evening.
