Packed full of skin-, hair- and nail-nourishing collagen*, brain-calming L-theanine plus six other body-beneficial ingredients found in field, farm or food cupboard, this is the perfect bedtime companion we recommend to all our clients.  Taken in milk or milk substitute, 30 minutes before bed, this helps us greet the morning with a glow.

  1. I need seven hours of sleep. However, of late I have been waking three or four times during the night for 30 to 60 minutes at a time, falling back to sleep only to wake an hour later. I’m averaging, at best, four to five hours of sleep and that’s affecting my behaviour during the day: I’m more cantankerous, slightly erratic and I’m letting important work matters slip. I was a little sceptical of Beauty Sleep, as most sleeping remedies do not work on me. Valerian, for example, just keeps me awake. The first time I tried Beauty Sleep, I took one dose in hot milk before bed; it helped. But the next night I decided to try two doses, because my day had been particularly stressful. I took one dose at the end of the day and the other 30 minutes before bed. The double dose worked better. I went to sleep and woke up with the alarm, a full eight hours later. Thanks for putting me to sleep and achieving what other sleeping aids have failed to do.

  2. I have stress-related insomnia thanks to my job. At particularly busy times I really do struggle to get my ideal seven to eight hours’ sleep. I can survive on six hours but my concentration is severely compromised and I can get grumpy with work colleagues. Usually, I can get to sleep, no problem, but I often wake up in the middle of the night and then I can’t get back to sleep. After two to three days of this happening, this is when it really affects me. In the past I haven’t taken a remedy for it but I have tried: mindfulness, breathing techniques and avoiding looking at screens an hour before bed, with varying degrees of success. After taking one dose of Beauty Sleep in warm milk I had a really good night’s sleep – seven hours straight without waking – which is unusual for me. I woke up in the morning feeling really refreshed too. I also have to say that I love the malty taste: it’s far nicer than Ovaltine.

  3. I thought it was a soothing drink with a really lovely taste. After getting up during the night I did get back to sleep quickly and woke feeling refreshed and energised which rarely happens. I had a really good night’s sleep.

A collagen and L-theanine food supplement with the addition of six other ingredients found in field, farm or food cupboard to make this the perfect bedtime companion.  All of the ingredients are non-addictive and positively good for the body; that’s why we are more than happy to take it every night and especially so for the daily dose of collagen which nourishes our skin, nails and hair whilst we, quite literally, get our beauty sleep.


Contains 20 servings.  Serving suggestion:  two level scoops per serving, one to two servings daily.

For the best possible cup, stir two scoops into 200ml of hot milk (ideally) or milk substitute, 30 minutes before retiring to bed. For those who really struggle to get their beauty sleep we recommend having an additional serving early evening.
