You said you don’t like having a drink at night. Is that because you want to avoid a loo-stop? Getting up even for a loo-stop is fine provided you can fall back to sleep again easily. We find that having our beauty sleep boosting beverage before bed does not increase how often we get up in the night but it does help us get back to sleep better. And that makes all the difference!
